event_platform
The Event Platform is actually a set of modules, each of which provides functionality designed to satisfy the needs of anyone creating a site for a Drupal Camp or similar event.
Event Platform Sessions creates a robust system for user-suggested sessions, including an approval workflow and the ability to automatically notify a user when their suggestion is accepted or rejected. Accepted sessions are displayed in a list, and there's also the ability to associate sessions with rooms, tracks, time slots, and more.
Event Platform Sponsors allows your site to display sponsors, sorted by tier of sponsorship (bronze, silver, gold, etc).
Event Platform Job Listing creates a way to list job openings, optionally associated with sponsors.
Event Platform Speakers makes it easy to list information about featured speakers at your event, for example, on the home page.
Event Platform Details provides a new admin menu section to act as a central place to manage the key information about your event. This menu section also includes a Session Schedule interface that allows for drag-and-drop scheduling of accepted sessions. It also includes a form that allows a site builder to create many time slots across multiple days in a single step.
Event Platform Olivero will automatically place various blocks provided by the other modules into an appropriate place in an Olivero theme.
Additionally, we have now added to the ecosystem themes and recipes.
Themes:
- Event Horizon: The first custom event theme in the ecosystem.
- Olivero: Drupal core's default theme, supported in the event_platform_olivero submodule
Recipes:
- Event Platform Starter: The easiest and most full-featured way to build a site using Event Platform
- Event Platform Example: Creates an initial setup including an event instance to make getting first set up easier
- Event Platform People: Adds additional information to each user account
