This module analyzes your content to identify why some pieces perform better than others by scoring them against seven marketing factors. It helps you understand your content's strengths and weaknesses, benchmark new content, and optimize your library for better results. You can also customize the scoring factors and integrate with AI coding assistants for easier content audits.

This module is part of the AI module ecosystem and included in DXPR CMS.

Find Out Why Some Content Converts and Some Doesn't

You published 200 blog posts. Some drive signups, most don't, and nobody knows why. This module scores every piece of content against seven proven marketing factors so you stop guessing and start optimising.

You need AI Content Marketing Audit if

  • Your content performs inconsistently and you can't pinpoint what separates winners from duds
  • You have a large content library that's never been systematically evaluated
  • Your marketing team makes content decisions based on gut feeling rather than measurable criteria
  • You want to benchmark new content against proven marketing principles before publishing

What You Get

  • Seven marketing factors scored per page

Each content entity is evaluated on Usability, Knowledge Level, Actionability, Accuracy, Business Value, Messaging, and Brand Voice Fit, with scores from -1.0 (poor) to +1.0 (excellent).

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis

Numeric scoring for measurable factors plus categorical classification for subjective ones, giving you both the numbers and the narrative.

  • Fully customisable factors

Add your own marketing factors, remove ones that don't apply, reorder by priority, and define custom options for qualitative dimensions.

  • Batch analysis for content audits

Score your entire content library to identify low-performing content that needs rewriting, high performers worth promoting, and patterns across content types.

  • AI Coding Assistant Integration

Marketing audit analysis is available to AI coding
assistants through the Analyze module's built-in
    Agent
    Skills
    file. Run
drush analyze:setup-ai to enable, then ask
    naturally:

    • "Audit content marketing quality on all
      articles"
    • "Check the usability score for landing
      pages"
    • "Run a marketing audit on all published
      content"

Compatible with Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI,
GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other tools supporting the
    standard.

FAQ

What are the seven marketing factors?

Each piece of content is scored on Usability, Knowledge Level, Actionability, Accuracy, Business Value, Messaging, and Brand Voice Fit. Quantitative factors receive a -1.0 to +1.0 score; qualitative factors get categorical classifications. Together they tell you whether content is effective, accurate, and aligned with your marketing goals.

Can I customise the marketing factors?

Yes. Add your own factors, remove ones that do not apply, reorder by priority, and define custom options for qualitative dimensions. The configuration page at /admin/config/analyze/content-marketing-audit lets you tailor the audit to your content strategy without writing code.

How does the audit handle existing content?

Use batch analysis to score your entire content library at once. Results are cached so repeat views load instantly. The site-wide report surfaces low-performing content that needs rewriting, high performers worth promoting, and patterns across content types, authors, or date ranges.
