This module provides a way to configure Email or SMS messages that will be send upon a certain State transition by supporting the Workflow contributed module. Based on the state change, a Mail template can be configured. This is applicable for all entity types. By using this, you can also trigger a mail based upon role or particular mail address or SMS phone number.

Installation

  • Install this module. A new tab will be added in the Workflow module configuration admin/config/workflow/workflow/{workflow_type}/mail page
  • Configure your mail as you need.
