Entityqueue Buttons

6 sites No security coverage
View on drupal.org

This project adds buttons to nodes, allowing content editors to quickly add or remove them from entity queues. It also provides a settings page to manage these assignments per content type.

Puts buttons on nodes making it fast to

  1. add the node to an entityqueue or
  2. remove it from an entity queue.

Provides a great settings page to manage EntityQueue assignments per content type.

Features

One or more buttons, making it lightning fast to add a node to a queue.
You'll still have to use the Entityqueue tab to fiddle with the sequence of the elements in the Entityqueue.

Post-Installation

Install as usual. Go to the config page (/admin/config/content/entityqueue-buttons) and decide which node types should have entityqueue buttons.
The buttons look like rather plain links. But you can alter their design using CSS or by tweaking the twig template.

Additional Requirements

Dependent on Entityqueue.

Similar projects

The old Entityqueue module for Drupal 7 had this functionality. In the current Entityqueue module, you can achieve the same thing by clicking on a tab and some buttons.

Security coverage

As per the rules, Entityqueue Buttons will probably never receive security coverage: "Most importantly, it requires code written by a person. "
