This module provides a simpler way to manage multilingual configuration for content. It adds a single entry point with tabs so you can configure language and translation settings for Nodes, Paragraphs, and Custom Blocks without jumping between multiple pages. This is especially helpful on large sites where the default screens can feel slow or hard to navigate.
Features
- Adds a central "Content language management" page with tabs for Nodes, Paragraphs, and Custom Blocks.
- Each tab shows only the relevant entity type and its bundles, using Drupal’s standard language configuration table.
- Improves usability on large sites by splitting configuration into smaller, focused pages.
- Does not replace Drupal core language features; it reorganizes the UI for easier management.
When and why would someone use this module?
- Your site uses multilingual content heavily.
- You have many Paragraph types and the default configuration pages are slow or difficult to work with.
- You want a clearer workflow for editors/administrators managing translation settings.
Typical use cases
- Large editorial sites with many content types.
- Enterprise multilingual platforms.
- Sites where Paragraphs are used extensively and translation configuration needs to stay manageable.
Post-Installation
After enabling the module, go to:
Administration » Configuration » Regional and language » Content language managementFrom this page you will see three tabs: Nodes, Paragraphs, and Custom Blocks. Each tab opens a dedicated configuration screen for that entity type. You can then enable translation per bundle and configure the default language settings, following the same workflow as Drupal core.
