A theme with this old and new style of the Y2K Neo Cities pages.
This theme is pink and has that design from a long time ago, but now becoming fashionable again.
The CSS is currently quite simple and almost everything is in one file.
The theme has the option to change the background design in the admin panel; at the moment, there are three possible background patterns and a solid pink option.
In the future, several Drupal-specific design elements may be improved.
