This component allows you to customize a single-level submenu displayed on a page using the YMCA Layout Builder package.

This module works very similarly to the "Web Services Branch Menu" project (https://www.drupal.org/project/y_branch_menu), but instead of using the Branch page as the source of menu links, it uses the "Section Menu" content block as a reusable block that can be created on the block/add/section_menu page.

This module also provides a number of improvements:
1. We can override the title of the section that will be displayed in the expand/collapse block (mobile version of the block).
2. We are not limited to the number of links that can be displayed in the menu.
