MongoDB Storage Client

MongoDB Storage Client (xnttmongodb) provides a MongoDB storage client for the External Entities module.

It allows External Entities to access MongoDB collections as external data sources, with support for listing, counting, reading, creating, updating, and deleting documents.

The module provides a generic, low-level configuration interface inspired by the SQL storage client (xnttsql). Connection settings and MongoDB operations can be configured while keeping the storage client flexible enough to support different MongoDB data models.

xnttmongodb is also designed to serve as a base for more specialized storage client plugins. Other modules can extend it to provide application-specific configuration interfaces while reusing its MongoDB connection, query, filtering, BSON conversion, and CRUD capabilities.
