This module adds a "Published" status to webforms. Published webforms can be submitted, while unpublished ones cannot. This allows administrators to control when webforms are accessible to users.
INTRODUCTION
This adds a permission 'Publish Webform', and a "Published" checkbox on the webform settings pages.
- By default, existing Webforms are "Published".
- New webforms are all unpublished.
- The submit form for unpublished webforms cannot be accessed.
