Find where an email address, domain or token is configured across your Webform email handlers, without opening each form. Webform Email Recipients Report provides a searchable administrative inventory of saved To, CC and BCC references.
Features
- Review standard Webform email handlers in one report, including recipient option mappings and base defaults.
- Search recipient references by address, domain or text fragment, and filter by form and handler status.
- See form status, enabled and disabled handlers, and whether conditions are configured.
- Open handler editing screens when your account has access.
- Browse results in pages of up to 50 handlers.
Useful when replacing a shared mailbox, reviewing a site's email configuration or taking over site maintenance. The module does not send email or modify Webform configuration.
Post-Installation
Enable the module and visit Reports > Webform email recipients at /admin/reports/webform-email-recipients. No module settings are required.
Access requires the administer webform permission. The report includes BCC references; give this permission only to trusted Webform administrators.
Additional Requirements
Requires Webform. Declared compatibility is Drupal ^10.6 || ^11.4 and Webform ~6.2.12 || ^6.3.1. The site must also meet the requirements of its Drupal and Webform versions. No external service or API key is needed.
Locally tested with Drupal 10.6.18 / Webform 6.2.12 and Drupal 11.4.8 / Webform 6.3.1, using PHP 8.3.35 and SQLite.
Scope and languages
The report shows saved base configuration, not a prediction of who will receive a submission. Tokens and roles remain as expressions, and conditions are indicated without being evaluated. Configuration translations, variants, environment overrides and custom handlers are outside its scope. A missing search result does not prove that an address cannot receive mail.
Forms can use any base language. The module interface uses Drupal's translation system, with English source strings and a Spanish catalog in translations/es.po that can be imported through Interface Translation. Other interface languages can be translated in the usual way. Recipient references stored only in translated configuration are outside the inventory.
Related functionality
Webform's built-in handler plugin report lists plugin types and the forms that use them. This module adds a searchable inventory of recipient references across individual standard email handlers.
Development
The repository includes synthetic regression fixtures, tests for Drupal 10 and 11, and Drupal GitLab CI configuration. AI tools assisted with implementation, testing and documentation. The module has passed local automated and browser-based testing; the maintainer is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the contribution.
