This module is to ensure forward support for bootstrap 3 themes that use the webform module.
Features
In webform 6.4.x the webform_bootstrap sub module was removed. If you still need this module like many of us do, then you'll want to require this module with your project.

Additional Requirements
Webform 6.4.x. If you're still using webform 6.3.x you can continue to use the webform_bootstrap submodule however if you upgrade to Webform 6.4.x and you're still using bootstrap 8.x-3.x with Drupal 11 or higher then you'll want this module to ensure your webforms are properly supported.
