Views Accordion

Views Accordion provides a display style plugin for the Views module.
It will take the results and display them as a JQuery accordion, using the first field as the header for the accordion rows.

The module integrates the jQuery UI Accordion plugin as a views style plugin. You can configure the options provided by the jQuery UI plugin.

• Option to use the field grouping headers as the headers for the accordion items. (yay!)
• Configure settings for jQuery UI Accordion through the views interface.

Using jQuery UI themes

The recommended approach is to use jqueryui_theme module, though it is only available for Drupal 7. See #2417233: Porting jQuery UI theme to Drupal 8

Note that the documentation and advanced help pages need some love, patches are welcome!

Development status and future plans

Drupal 7: Only bug fixes and the occasional feature if the community provides it.
Drupal 8: Is now stable and in maintenance mode only. Core now ships with jQuery UI 1.11 so only the options on this release are supported.
Drupal 9: Is now supported, on the 2.0.x branch and forward. jQuery UI was removed from core, so the module now requires the jQuery UI Accordion contrib.
