Vertex AI Search Promoted Results
This module allows administrators to define specific keywords that will promote a chosen content node to appear at the top of search results on a Vertex AI Search custom search page. It provides tools to manage these promoted results and configure which content types can be promoted.
The Vertex AI Search Promoted Results module provides for the creation and management of promoted search results triggered by specific search keywords. For a given keyword, a content node can be specified as a promoted result. The promoted result will appear at the top of the search results on a Vertex AI Search custom search page.
Background
This module was developed as a response to Google's recommendation that Site-Restricted JSON API clients move away from the Programmable Search Engine platform and use Vertex AI Search instead.

- Administrative page to manage promoted search results.
- Custom plugin for manipulating the results of a Vertex AI Search custom search page.
- Configuration to limit the content types that may be promoted.
Post-Installation
After the module is installed and cache is cleared, an administration page for promoted results will be available at (/admin/content/vais_promo/list).
From this page, new promoted results can be created for specific keywords.
