Useit Clear Cache All integrates Drupal with an external cache-clearing endpoint to automatically clear Drupal and/or Varnish caches when content or taxonomy terms are created or updated. It also requests a Varnish cache purge when Drupal caches are flushed. An administration form lets you configure the endpoint, credentials, site identifier, and cache target, with settings stored in a .env file rather than Drupal configuration. Compatible with Drupal 10.3 and 11.
