INSTALLATION
Download and install the theme via Composer: composer require drupal/ui_builder_theme:^1.0
Enable the theme via Drush: drush theme:enable ui_builder_theme drush config-set system.theme default ui_builder_theme
Clear the Drupal cache: drush cr
