This module provides integration with the ToText web service, allowing developers to easily send text messages from custom code. It includes a configuration form and a testing form for managing and verifying the service.

Provides some basic integration with the ToText web service.

At this point (and likely forever) it will just provide a config form, testing form, and couple of nice functions for sending texts from custom code.

As such, one for developers.
