This module makes the entity UUID available as a token within Drupal. These tokens can then be used in various parts of your site where tokens are supported.

These tokens aren't yet implemented in Token module 8.x-1.0 .
I guess this will implemented in future versions.
Installing
With composer:
composer require drupal/tokenuuid
Or

- Install like a normal Drupal module, copy folder in the right place and activate it.
