This module is related to a Todoist.com website. Todoist is a powerful task manager for personal or collaborative productivity that lets you manage your to do list. reminders are sent over email for Free users. This module enables user to do all this from Drupal website.

Todoist website is accessed by millions of user in the world but there is no module available on Drupal so here is an attempt to contribute back to this wonderful Drupal community.

Why this module?

This module is very useful if you want to create a task and set a reminder for it. Once this is done you will get reminder email for each task.

Installation:

On Todoist website

• First you have to signup or login on Todoist.com.
• After sign-up/login on Todoist official website, please go to todoist setting section and here you have to copy your api key.
  todoist setting->Integrations->API token

On your Drupal website

• Download this module and enable it.
• Paste the API key (which you have copied on Todoist official website) into your Drupal website under admin->configuration->user-interface->todoist config setting and save.
• Now you get all your task at Content->Todoist, which you created previously on Todoist official website or you can able to edit/delete task here. You can also add new task here. Every time when you create new task or edited any task, this will automatically save on your Todoist.com account.

Similar projects and how they are different

Date Reminder: D7 version and its saved all the task to Drupal database and didn't use any 3rd party api whereas Todoist Api module brings ToDoist.com functionality to your Drupal site and uses 3rd party api to communicate with Todoist.com. It doesn't use Drupal database to saved task.
