Splunk Real User Monitoring
Splunk Real User Monitoring enables end-to-end visibility into issues affecting customers by tracking performance from the browser to backend services. It integrates with Splunk Observability Cloud and requires configuration with an access token and application details.
Splunk Real User Monitoring (RUM) pinpoints issues that impact customers with end-to-end visibility from browser or mobile app to backend services. This is a part of the Splunk Observability Cloud solution.
Features
The module provides a configuration interface to add an accesstoken, application name and environment to add properties to the SignalFX javascript.
Post-Installation
Install the module like always. Go to /admin/config/splunk-rum and add the required parameters. Save, and the script is added.
Additional Requirements
This only works if you have an up and running Splunk Observability environment.
