Solo Utilities is a module designed to extend the Solo theme with additional features and customization options. The initial release of Solo Utilities introduces the ability to set custom widths for individual nodes, giving site builders and content creators more control over the presentation of their content. Future updates will include new features to further extend the Solo theme.

With 50 unique color schemes available, you can customize the look and feel of your site based on content types, taxonomies, user roles, and specific URLs. This feature allows for a visually cohesive and tailored user experience, making your site stand out with color schemes that change dynamically to suit different contexts. To utilize this feature, ensure the Solo Utilities module is enabled and that the Solo theme or any of its sub-themes is set as the default theme or part of the active theme hierarchy. • Block Title Controls: When the Solo theme setting for block title visibility is enabled, the block configuration form replaces the core "Display title" checkbox with a visibility mode (Visible, Visually hidden, or Do not render at all) and a title tag (H1 to H6, or a plain div).

REQUIREMENTS

• Drupal ^10 || ^11 || ^12 and PHP 8.1 or later

• Node module

INSTALLATION

1. Download the Solo Utilities module with Composer:
   

   composer require drupal/solo_utilities

2. Enable the module using Drush or the Drupal admin interface:
   • Using Drush: drush en solo_utilities -y
   • Using Drupal Admin Interface: Navigate to Extend, find the Solo Utilities module, enable it, and save the configuration.

Updating from an earlier release

Run drush updb and then drush cr. An update moves each block's title settings into the block's third-party settings, where this module's configuration schema declares them.

CONFIGURATION

1. Ensure the Solo theme is active and configured correctly.
2. Navigate to the theme settings of the Solo theme.
3. If the Solo Utilities module is enabled, you will see an option to enable custom widths for individual nodes.
4. Configure the settings as needed.

USAGE

1. When creating or editing a node, you will see a dropdown to select a custom width for the node.
2. Choose the desired width or select "None" to use the default width.

FUTURE PLANS

Solo Utilities is designed to be a foundational module for extending the Solo theme. Future updates will include additional features and improvements to further extend the capabilities of the Solo theme.
