Smalk connects Drupal publishers to the Smalk AI advertising platform. It tracks AI-agent visits and injects AI Search Ads server-side, so crawlers that do not execute JavaScript can see and interact with monetized content.
Features
- Server-side AI-agent traffic tracking before page cache.
- Server-side ad injection into
<div smalk-ads></div>placeholders. - Browser analytics through an asynchronous JavaScript tracker.
- Automatic workspace discovery from a Smalk API key.
- IndexNow verification-key delivery and freshness notifications.
- Support for Drupal 9, 10 and 11.
Post-installation
Go to Configuration → Web services → Smalk, enter the API key from the Smalk dashboard, and save. Add <div smalk-ads></div> where an ad may appear.
Additional requirements
A Smalk account and API key are required. PHP 8.0 or later is required. The module depends only on the Drupal core Filter and Node modules.
Similar projects
