This module allows you to send data from a Drupal webform directly to Salesforce as leads. It maps fields from your webform to corresponding fields in Salesforce's Web-to-Lead form, sending the data via CURL while still retaining it within your Drupal site. This enables you to leverage Webform's validation and other features when submitting leads to Salesforce.
This module extends the Webform module to easily allow the creation of a webform that feeds to your Salesforce.com Account. This module only built for and utilizes the Salesforce's Web-to-Lead.
The idea is to map the webform field key's to your salesforce field key provided by the web-to-lead form.
The module will provide a configuration settings page "Salesforce Web-to-Lead Configuration Settings".

Each webform has its own settings, under the "Handlers" tab.
It accepts the Salesforce OID and more importantly a table so you can map webform-key to salesforce field key.
The leads are still stored in your webform and at the same time dispatched (via CURL ) to salesforce. The advantage versus just inserting the web-to-lead on the page body is that with this module you can take advantage of webform's validation filter and other perks.
