Select (or other)
This module provides a form element that allows users to select an option from a list, with an "other" option that reveals a text field for custom input. It can be used as a field widget for various field types or as a general Forms API element.
Provides a new Forms API element which is a select/radios/checkboxes element that has an 'other' option. When 'other' is selected a textfield appears for the user to provide a custom value.

Drupal 8/9
- As a Field widget for for text, integer, decimal, and float fields.
- As a Field widget for (auto create) Entity reference fields.
- As a Forms API element for developers. Therefor can be integrated into any form or module. See documentation for a usage example.
8.x-1.x
The 8.x-1.x version is no longer supported. The 4.x branch is the same, but supports Drupal 9 also. New features/bugfixes will only be accepted against that branch.
Drupal 7
- As a CCK/Field widget. Basic implementations for text, integer, decimal, and float fields are included in this module. taxonomy integration has been added in 7.x-3.x.
- As a Webform element. This functionality is implemented by the Webform project.
- As a Forms API element for developers. Therefor can be integrated into any form or module. See documentation for a usage example.
