Sales Pipeline AI is an AI-assisted sales CRM for Drupal built around a Kanban pipeline board. It lives under /admin/sales-pipeline-ai and lets sales teams run any number of pipelines, move leads through configurable stages, log the work done against each lead, and let AI score leads and surface next-best-action suggestions through the shared Central Connect AI LLM layer. It is designed for agencies and in-house sales teams that want a fast, visual, fully Drupal-native CRM with conversion analytics and AI assistance, without leaving the admin.

Key features

  • Multiple Kanban pipelines — Create as many sales pipelines as you need, each with its own configurable stages, and manage them from a central overview. Every pipeline has a drag-and-drop Kanban board for an at-a-glance view of where each lead stands.
  • Configurable stages with playbooks — Define the stages of each pipeline, reorder them, and attach a per-stage playbook so reps know exactly what to do at every step of the funnel.
  • Lead records with custom fields — Leads are first-class Drupal entities with a full profile view. Add custom fields per pipeline and per lead through Field UI, and edit field values inline from the board.
  • Drag-and-drop stage movement with history — Move leads between stages on the board with a dedicated permission; every stage change is recorded as a transition, building the history that powers the funnel and flow analytics.
  • AI lead scoring and next-best-action — The module scores leads and suggests the next best action per stage through the Central Connect AI gateway, so reps prioritise the right opportunities. AI never runs in the client: the central selects the model, holds the provider keys and meters cost.
  • Actions and activity tracking — Plan and track actions (tasks) against each lead with their own status workflow and file attachments, and log calls, meetings and other activities and signals to keep a complete engagement record.
  • Sales rep assignment and ownership — Assign sales representatives to leads and scope reps to their own leads, so each person sees and works the opportunities that belong to them.
  • Funnel and flow analytics — Built-in funnel, flow and sales metrics turn the recorded transitions into conversion and velocity insight per pipeline, so you can see where deals stall.
  • Lead import — Bulk-import leads into a pipeline from the import screen to get an existing book of business onto the board quickly.
  • Multiple board views — Switch between the Kanban board, a list view, the funnel view and the flow view, plus an overview that aggregates activity across all pipelines.

How it works

Pipelines, stages, leads, placements, actions, activities and signals are all stored as native Drupal entities, so they inherit Drupal's fields, permissions and access control. Administrators create pipelines and stages, decide which roles may see and manage each pipeline, and configure the AI options from the settings screen. Sales staff then work the board: adding and importing leads, dragging them between stages, logging actions and activities, assigning reps, and asking the assistant for a scored read and a recommended next step. Because every move is recorded as a stage transition, the funnel and flow views always reflect the real state of the pipeline.

Sales Pipeline AI is a consumer module of the Central Connect AI suite, built on the suite's shared foundation. It is usable standalone with only the shared SDK, and sits alongside the suite's other modules:

Requirements

  • Drupal 10.3 or newer, including Drupal 11.
  • PHP 8.1 or newer.
  • Central Connect AI SDK — the shared suite dependency that powers the AI features.
  • Core dependencies: User, Field UI, Views, File, Options and Text.

Privacy and security

  • Per-pipeline access control — A dedicated access check governs who can view and manage each pipeline, and dedicated permissions separate administering, managing pipelines, viewing, editing and moving leads.
  • Lead ownership scoping — Sales reps can be limited to their own leads, so a rep never sees another rep's opportunities.
  • Centralized AI — AI runs through the Central Connect AI SDK, which holds the provider keys and meters cost server-side; the client never stores AI credentials.
  • Sensitive permissions are restricted — Administration and pipeline-management permissions are marked as restricted access.
