This module makes certain fields mandatory only when content is published or being published. It's useful for fields like tags or SEO information that editors don't need to complete until the content is ready to go live.

Usage
When managing a field for a content type, click the new 'Required on Publish' checkbox instead of the 'Required field' checkbox.
