Post-Installation

After installing Repply Chat:

  1. Register and receive API key
  2. Updates settings.php file with repply_chat_private_key and repply_chat_api_key
  3. Navigate to Repply Chat > Configuration > Enter your API key
  4. Customize the chatbot appearance.
  5. Navigate to Repply Chat > Knowledge Base > Choose which content types or specific nodes should be indexed.
  6. Navigate to Repply Chat > Display Chatbot > Choose what pages to display chat widget.
  7. Drupal’s cron system will handle syncing your content automatically once configured.
