The Reporter module allows you to create custom reports by writing SQL queries. It provides a user interface to name your reports, edit their SQL, and view them through unique URLs. The module also includes example reports and allows you to manage your reports from a central configuration page.

It is a Report Writer and turns your SQL into a finished report with its own url.
It provides a Configuration Editor to name your reports and edit the SQL for the report.
