Import redirects list from CSV based format taking in account the language prefixes of source URLs. It doesn't require 'migration' modules, only 'redirect'.

path_redirect_import - it provides similar functionality but it enables the bundle of migration modules for work. Also it doesn't care much about language prefixes. When you migrate URL like /us/contacts, you need manually setup line like:
/contacts,/new-page-url,us,301
Which is really inconvenient for SEO guys. For me the best input format is
/old-page-url,/new-page-url
But my module also accepts language and status codes to override defaults.
