publication_scheduler

This enhances the experience of using the Publication Date and Scheduler modules together.

What does this module do?

1. Hide the "Authored On" (Created) field from content add/edit forms. That is because we now have a "Published On" field from the Publication Date module and we don't need to change this field value in normal circumstances. This behavior can be turned off in settings. Also there is a permission to allow editing the "Authored On" field for certain roles.
2. Hide the "Published" checkbox if the "Require scheduled publishing" setting is enabled in the Scheduler settings.
3. Convert the "Published" checkbox to radio buttons with more meaning full labels.
4. Show the "Publish On" scheduling field only if to chose to keep the content status Unpublished
