This module simplifies Drupal's administration interface by filtering the navigation menu and restricting access to certain administrative pages based on a user's chosen experience level. This helps to progressively reveal more advanced features as users become more familiar with Drupal.
Progressive Admin Experience adds configurable experience levels that simplify Drupal’s admin by filtering the Navigation menu and restricting access to admin routes.
Features
- Adds a single, global experience level setting: Newcomer, Intermediate, Advanced, or Full.
- Filters the admin Navigation menu so users only see the links allowed for their current level.

Post-Installation
- Go to the module configuration page: /admin/config/progressive_admin
- Choose the Default experience level.
Recommended modules/libraries
- Dashboard: pairs well with progressive admin by giving Newcomer/Intermediate users a clear “home” page.
- Trash: helpful for safe content recovery while keeping access progressive.
