Permission Grid provides an alternative, visual way to manage Drupal permissions by organizing them into a grid based on actions and the types of content or entities they apply to. This allows for a clearer overview and management of permissions for various modules.
This gives an alternative way of administering permissions, by showing those that form a related set in a grid of 'verbs' and 'objects'. For example, for node permissions, this shows 'create', 'edit own', and so on across the grid, and node types down the side.
This module is the successor of Node permissions grid, now extended to any module that declares structured permissions.
