OpenTastings

Opentastings is a distribution that allows you to manage wine tastings.
Authenticated users can add their bottles, notes, mark wines as favorites and subscribe to sessions.
Webmasters may manage users and sessions.

Content types

• Session with fields date / theme / place / max. people / remarks
• Wine with producer / name/ link / image / color / organic / sparkling/ grapes / region / aging / vintage/ price/ alcool / vendor / remarks.
• Tasting note with related wine / eye (+ image) / noze / mouth / session or date / rate / food pairing / remarks.
• News with title and text, comments enabled

Taxonomy

the following vocabularies are available, included in content types and displayed as pages to group related wines.

• Grape
• Region
• Food
• Producer
• Vendor

Default content

This website intends to be a guide as well so information can be found about

• grapes (around 120 grapes)
• food pairing (actually 20 different types)
• regions (more than 800 geolocalized - this section is under deep review...)

the features list is huge so be sure to check and play with the demo website

themes

the front end theme opentasting_white is an Omega 7.x-4.x subtheme. For the back end, wSeven is a slightly modified version of core seven theme, only a few css instructions are added.

Installation

use drush

drush site-install opentastings --db-url=mysql://user:pass@localhost:port/dbname --site-name="my site"
