OneBlink Form Embed

OneBlink Forms lets you add a OneBlink form to any page on your Drupal site by placing a block. You don't need custom code or script tags: enter your form ID and choose where the block appears.

OneBlink is a platform for building online forms. You build and manage forms in OneBlink, and this module displays them on your Drupal site.

Features

• Provides a OneBlink Form block that you can place in any region, or add through Layout Builder.
• Has a simple settings form for each block. The form ID is the only required setting.
• Optional settings include a Forms App ID and a scrollable container.
• Optional redirect URLs for after submission or cancellation, payment receipts and payment forms, and calendar booking, rescheduling and cancellation.
• You can place several form blocks on the same page.
• Loads the OneBlink script through Drupal's library system, so it fits in with caching and asset handling.

Use this module when your organisation already builds forms in OneBlink and wants them on its Drupal site without editing templates or pasting embed scripts into content.

Post-Installation

1. Enable OneBlink Forms under Extend, then clear caches.
2. Go to Structure > Block layout and click Place block next to a region.
3. Choose OneBlink Form from the OneBlink category.
4. Enter your OneBlink Form ID and any optional redirects, then save.

The module doesn't add a separate config page, content type or text format. All settings belong to each block.

Additional Requirements

• Drupal 10 or 11. No other contributed modules are needed.
• A OneBlink account with at least one published form.
• Visitors' browsers must be able to load the OneBlink Forms CDN script and Google's Material Icons font.

Recommended modules/libraries

• Layout Builder (in Drupal core) lets you place forms on individual pages or content types.
