oembed_configuration

oEmbed configuration provides an UI to configure parameters that can enhance the display of oEmbed resouces.

Recommended modules

Although not required, some modules can be useful combined with oEmbed Configuration:

• oEmbed providers.
• Key for a more secure experience.

Installation

Install the oEmbed Configurationmodule as you would normally install a contributed Drupal module. Visit https://www.drupal.org/node/1897420 for further information.

Configuration

The settings page is at Administration >> Configuration >> Media >> oEmbed Configuration.

Supported providers

So far, this module supports:

• YouTube (autoplay)
• Vimeo (autoplay, do not track, background, etc)
• X/Twitter (hide threads, do not track, theme, etc)
• Instagram (omit script, authentication)

For all providers, an override configuration is available for the base path of the request, so things like replacing youtube.com with youtube-nocookie.com are possible with this module.
