A UI Suite Bootstrap subtheme to serve as a base theme for sites using the Drutopia distribution or recipes.

Preserves UI Suite functionality and the ability to set CSS variables through the user interface while allowing customization of Bootstrap at the Sass (SCSS) level. Strives to provide or integrate with Single Directory Components for most features.

Named after acclaimed afro-futurist science fiction author Octavia Butler, as was the original Bulma-based Octavia theme (which was also playing on Drupal 8, the beginning of the modern Drupal era which saw that theme and the Drutopia project begin).

Yes, another Bootstrap theme, but sometimes when you want to go farther, it helps to be on the path that everybody is already trodding. In particular, looking at supporting Layout Builder and ahead to Canvas integration without having to do all the fitting together ourselves.
