Octavia is a base theme for the Drutopia project, built using the Bulma CSS framework. It requires the Component Libraries module and will be updated to support newer versions of Bulma while potentially dropping certain JavaScript and extension features.

Octavia 3.0.x will use Bulma 3.0.x which uses the 1.0.0+ releases of the Bulma framework and also drops the previously included JavaScript as well as Bulma swatches, Bulma extensions, and Bulma helpers.
