A base theme for the Drutopia project based on Bulma. Octavia requires the Component Libraries module.

Octavia 2.0.x uses Bulma 1.x., which stays with versions of the Bulma framework prior to 1.0.0.

Octavia 3.0.x will use Bulma 3.0.x which uses the 1.0.0+ releases of the Bulma framework and also drops the previously included JavaScript as well as Bulma swatches, Bulma extensions, and Bulma helpers.
