This module loads non-critical CSS asynchronously after critical CSS has already been inlined by another module. This prevents Flash of Unstyled Content and improves page performance.
Do not use this module without critical CSS already inlined (for example SDC Critical CSS). Remaining stylesheets are loaded asynchronously; without critical CSS you get FOUC and worse PageSpeed / Lighthouse scores.
Loads remaining (non-critical) CSS asynchronously via preload-as-style, after critical CSS has been inlined by another module. Pair with SDC Critical CSS.
Tested with
Manual testing against Drupal CMS Canvas site templates (Summit, Convene, CareSphere, Pulse) and a custom theme using Mercury Editor, together with SDC Critical CSS. That is a test surface, not a support matrix for those templates.
