Connect your designs to Webform

With Webform installed, choose a Noah’s Mail template directly from a Webform Email handler.

• Style the message: use the Email body widget to place Webform’s prepared email content inside your design.
• Add submission values: insert individual form values with the Webform submission value widget.
• Keep your existing workflow: configure recipients, subject, message, attachments and conditions through Webform’s usual settings.

The integration is included in Noah’s Mail. Webform is optional and only required for Webform-specific features.

Reusable designs, separate sending settings

Noah’s Mail templates store the design. The calling integration controls the subject, recipients and sending workflow.

The module includes delivery support through Symfony Mailer and uses your site’s configured transport. Developers can also render templates as HTML and plain text for custom integrations.

Templates are Drupal configuration entities, so they can travel through your normal configuration export and deployment workflow.

Installation and basic configuration

1. Install the required projects. Add Noah’s Mail, Noah’s Page Builder and Symfony Mailer, including their dependencies, using your usual Drupal installation workflow.
2. Enable the modules. Open Extend and enable Noah’s Mail and its required dependencies.
3. Configure email delivery. Check your site’s Symfony Mailer transport and sending configuration.
4. Set permissions. Grant the Administer Noahs Mail permission to the trusted roles responsible for managing templates.
5. Create a template. Open Noahs → Mail templates at /admin/structure/noahs/mail and give your design a name.
6. Build your email. Open the design editor, add your widgets and adjust content, layout and styling.
7. Save and preview. Review the saved email and export HTML or plain text when needed.

Choose releases compatible with your Drupal core version and check the requirements of your chosen integrations.

Use a template in Webform

1. Create and save a design under Noahs → Mail templates.
2. Open your Webform’s Settings → Emails / Handlers and edit its Email handler.
3. Under Advanced → Theme to render this email, choose Noahs Email.
4. Select your Noahs Email template.
5. Configure the recipient, subject and message using the normal Webform fields.
6. Send a test submission and review the delivered email.
