Navigation Ribbon

Nav Ribbon adds a configurable, fully exportable navigation ribbon to the top of your site — an ordered row of "actions" like quick links, a shopping cart icon, or a user account menu. Every action is a lightweight, pluggable config entity, so the whole ribbon (contents, order, icons, and access rules) is exportable through standard Drupal configuration management, no custom code required for typical use.

Features
Two action types out of the box:

• Custom link — a title and a link (internal route or external URL), optionally shown as an icon instead of the text, with the title still available as a hover tooltip and accessible label.
• Embedded block — renders any other block already installed on your site as a ribbon action. Point it at commerce_cart or the user account menu block, for example, and it becomes a ribbon action instantly — no dedicated "cart" or "user" plugin nee
• Icons your way — pick icons from any installed Drupal core icon pack, or from your own media library (any media type you choose). Switch between the two site-wide at any tiwithout losing either configuration.
• Per-action access control — each action defaults to following the normal Drupal permissions of its destination link, route, or embedded block. When you need finer control, override that entirely with a specific role, permission, or a custom Class::
• Flexible display — use the Nav Ribbon like any other block through Block Layout, or set it to display automatically at the top of every page with no placement needed. Either way, restrict where it appears with an include/exclude list of routes and paported).
