This module allows users to subscribe to content and be notified of related events. It uses the Flag module for subscription functionality and is part of the Message stack for broader messaging and notification capabilities.
Overview
With this module, users who subscribe to content will be notified when events that involve that content occur. The module leverages the Flag module, which provides a subscribe functionality to users.
Message Subscribe is part of the message stack, a suite of modules that provide a framework for messaging and notifications.
The other modules in the message stack are:
Message – define message types and generate messages
Message Notify – forward messages when they are generated
