Mave Video

Browse, upload and embed Mave videos through Drupal Media Library and CKEditor 5. Videos stay in Mave; Drupal stores references to the videos editors select.

Post-Installation

1. Open Configuration → Media → Mave Video and configure your Mave connection.
2. Grant editors the Mave browse/upload permissions and the relevant Drupal media permissions.
3. Add Media Library to the CKEditor 5 toolbar, enable the Embed media filter and allow the Mave Video media type.
4. Select a video from the Mave library and insert it into your content.

Additional Requirements

Requires Drupal 11, PHP 8.3 or newer and a Mave installation with an API key. The module enables its core Media, Media Library and CKEditor 5 dependencies.

Defaults connect to Mave hosted services; self-hosted endpoints are configurable. Browsers load the Mave player/uploader, video assets and playback analytics from the configured services. See the configuration guide for endpoint settings, key storage and data flow.
