This project provides a pre-configured setup for enhancing accessibility in LocalGov Drupal sites. It installs and configures modules and permissions that help meet accessibility standards.

This recipe will install and import the configuration for the following modules:
- localgov_roles
- editoria11y
- alt_text_validation
The following permissions are also added:
- localgov_editor
- 'administer editoria11y checker'
- 'manage editoria11y results'
