The Licenses module lists all declared software licenses used in a Drupal project, including dependencies, modules, and themes. This helps ensure software license compliance by providing detailed information on a dedicated overview page.

This might be needed for Software License Compliance reasons.
The module currently supports the listing of:
- Composer installed dependencies
- Core, contrib and custom modules
- Core, contrib and custom themes
- NPM or Yarn installed packages in themes (without the actual license atm)
