Reusable Blocks in Layout Builder brings an in-demand feature — currently under active discussion in Drupal core Issue #2999491: Add reusable option to inline block creation — to production-ready Drupal 10/11 sites today.
This module allows editors and site administrators to create reusable custom blocks directly from the Layout Builder interface and edit existing reusable blocks in place, without navigating to the Custom Block Library.
It’s built to support teams who want this improved editorial workflow now, without waiting for a future core release. If and when the issue is merged into Drupal core, this module may be deprecated or merged accordingly.
