Juman Gov

Juman Gov is a bilingual (Arabic/English, RTL-first) Drupal theme for Saudi government platforms, built to follow the Digital Government Authority's Platforms Code (كود المنصات الحكومية): the official-website banner, the mandatory page set (open data, freedom of information, privacy, acceptable use, services guide), accessible components, and a layout that reads correctly in both directions.

It is a sub-theme of Bootstrap 5 and ships with ready templates for the page types a government entity needs: services with steps and requirements, a branch directory with map links, activities and events, FAQ, organisational structure, newsletters and publications, and the contact and partnership forms. Colors, contact details and the government banner are set from the theme settings, so an entity can brand the site without touching code.

Fonts (IBM Plex Sans Arabic) and Swiper are installed through Composer via asset-packagist; nothing is bundled in the theme.

Juman Gov is maintained by Juman (جُمان), an AI content assistant for corporate communication teams in government entities. The theme works on its own; the assistant is an optional managed service.

Requirements

• Drupal 10.3 or later, or Drupal 11
• Bootstrap 5 theme (drupal/bootstrap5)

Installation

composer require drupal/juman_gov
drush theme:enable juman_gov
drush config:set system.theme default juman_gov

Then open Appearance → Juman Gov → Settings to set the entity's contact details, colors and the government banner.
