JSON:API Menu Items
This module provides a JSON:API resource for menu items, allowing them to be accessed and managed like content entities. It supports both user-created and system-created menu items, including different types, and exposes additional fields not found in the core linkset endpoint.

Comparison to Core's linkset endpoint
Drupal 10.2 onwards includes a linkset endpoint. The difference between the core approach and this module is that this module uses JSON:API resources to make menu links look like menu link content entities. So we expose additional fields that are only present on Menu Link Content entities (and Menu Link Config) such as UUIDs. In contrast the core link set functionality is focussed on menu links in their pure form.
