Support searching and displaying VTT files for audio and video

Features

Fully render VTT files in the web browser, alongside your HTML A/V player
Provide a search box to keyword search on the transcript
Make timestamps clickable to skip to certain sections of the A/V
Support to allow the URL parameter search_api_fulltext to automatically search within the transcript on page load (and automatically start playing that timestamp on page load)

Post-Installation

Requires your VTT files to be attached to the audio/video media's node as an extract text media type.

In order to have the VTT files automatically generated, you'll need to have the scyllaridae OpenAI Whisper microservice available in your stack.
