iDigit Gov feedback

iDigit Gov feedback adds two blocks that let visitors rate a page: Was this page helpful? (Yes or No, with optional reasons and comments) and Rate this service (a 1-to-5-star rating). Staff get a dashboard with statistics, filters, and CSV export.

It is a community contribution by iDigit. It is not an official DGA product and is not endorsed by DGA.

What it does

• Two blocks: helpful Yes/No and 1-5 star rating, with an optional comment.
• Configurable and translatable Yes and No reasons.
• Feedback Dashboard and Rating Dashboard: statistics, filters, sortable tables, view, edit comment, delete, bulk delete and CSV export.
• Server-side validation, permissions, flood control (a salted hash of client and page; the address itself is never stored), honeypot, plain-text comments, retention enforced on cron.
• Arabic translation included.

Privacy
Stored: page path, language, answer, rating, optional comment, reason codes, a signed-in flag (never who), and a timestamp. Not stored: IP address, user ID, or user agent. This is a description of the module, not legal advice.

Related projects
Drupal.org has a Feedback module that collects free-text messages about a page into an administrative log. This module is different: a quick Yes/No and star rating with reasons and a dashboard.

Requirements
Drupal core ^11.3 (tested on 11.4, PHP 8.4). Core modules: node, path_alias, and config_translation. No contrib dependencies.

Install
composer require 'drupal/idigit_gov_feedback:^1.0@alpha', enable the module, and place the two blocks. Documentation: docs/feedback-dashboard.md in the repository.
