IA Translations

This module is used to automatically translate nodes and their field values using ChatGPT AI.

It requires the Prompt AI module and a paid OpenAI API key.

- Adds a tab to translate nodes with AI
- Detects the languages available on the site and the translatable fields of the content type
- Allows selecting which fields and languages to translate for each node

This module was created in late 2024, when there were very few options for integrating AI into Drupal. Since then, the Drupal community has built a much better solution: the AI module.

The AI module is actively maintained by a large group of contributors and offers everything this module did, plus much more:

• Support for multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama, and many others)
• Content generation, translation, summarization, and image analysis
• Integration with ECA, Field Widgets, CKEditor, and Search API
• A growing ecosystem of submodules and integrations

If you are starting a new project, use the AI module. If you are currently using Prompt AI, plan your migration to it.
