Adds a group type for proposing nodes to a a group. On acceptance they become to Group Node content. Allows for different permissions and moderation workflow for groups to have Group Node content proposed to them.

Works much as Group Membership Request does for requesting a User becomes a Member of a group, for Nodes.

This module is in development for a specific production use case, not yet integrated, so will be updated when that happens.
There probably won't be a full release of the module until the Node Content of a private group, proposed to a private group, entity access result has a work around.
